What a joy it was to reconnect with Manhattan!
A special highlight was catching up with our friend Tim Dolan, Owner of “Broadway Up Close”, in person after missing our 2020/2021 NYC visits.
We highly recommend reserving a spot with Tim and his Green Team for remarkably engaging, entertaining and informative Broadway tours.
This was an exciting week-long stopover on our way back to Portugal.
Spring has cheerfully sprung in NYC window boxes!
Cadence ... one of our favorite "new" restaurants. Chef Shenarri Freeman and team (including our friends' daughter Janelle) created such remarkable plant-based Southern Soul food, we couldn't believe our taste buds!

This is Janelle, the tremendously talented daughter of our friends in WA State, whose culinary expertise greatly enhances the cuisine at Cadence in NYC. What a pleasure to see her in action while savoring every morsel of their unique plant-based Southern Soul food!
